How long are the courses and what is included in the price?
All of our training modules are constructed to last two hours or less which can be easily administered through the facilitator's guide, course agenda, in-practice learning activities and handouts, and sample PowerPoint Slides.
Who are the courses designed for?
Since our courses focus on key knowledge, skills and abilities, they are designed for the development of new supervisors as well as reminders for experienced supervisors. Our courses are purchased by individuals engaging in self-development and by trainers developing training programs.

How are STS’s training courses different from seminars?
We’ve been to the expensive seminars too. We, like you, walked away with a thick binder and a dream of changing our companies. We (and, we suspect, like you) were disappointed to find that the binder didn’t include ready-to-use information and techniques, but rather lofty ideas that only seem to work in quirky companies where the staff hangs out on bean bags in the Game Room most of the work day. What is the STS learning approach?
Our learning system is this: Don’t keep your employees away from their work for long and when they do get back to their work space – make sure they have one more skill that they either didn’t have before or forgot how to use. Period. That’s it.

Your courses are cheap compared to other companies, can cheap be good?
It can. The reason our prices are so inexpensive is simple – the courses are short, they are relevant and the truth is, as trends come and go – you don’t need to be saddled with a curriculum you purchased 10 years ago that is totally out of date. You probably sank some serious money into the program and so you trot out the same old (and sometimes woefully outdated) material year after year.
Truth is, we’re geeks for this stuff. We love learning the latest approaches to development. We’re nerds for creating cutting-edge (yes, nerds) modules. So you’ll find new material available on our site frequently. We know it’s a lot easier getting the check request signed for $100, than $10,000. We get it.
What are the licensing restrictions?
The training courses you purchase are yours to customize and facilitate as many times as you want. The restriction is sharing the Supervisor Training Store training material outside of your company.
