How are the training and development resources designed?

Our approach to learning is Quick – Easy – Applicable. We’ll spend less time on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and McGregor’s Management Theory and more time on key knowledge, skills and abilities that are needed in today’s business place.

All of our training modules are constructed to last two hours or less which can be easily administered through the facilitator's guide, course agenda, in-practice learning activities and handouts, and sample PowerPoint Slides.

Since our courses focus on key knowledge, skills and abilities, they are designed for the development of new supervisors as well as reminders for experienced supervisors. Our courses are purchased by individuals engaging in self-development and by trainers developing training programs.

How are the Supervisor Training Store’s training courses different from seminars?

We’ve been to the expensive seminars too. We, like you, walked away with a thick binder and a dream of changing our companies. We (and, we suspect, like you) were disappointed to find that the binder didn’t include ready-to-use information and techniques, but rather lofty ideas that only seem to work in quirky companies where the staff hangs out on bean bags in the Game Room most of the work day. What are the licensing restrictions?

The training and development solutions you purchase are yours to customize and facilitate as many times as you want. The restriction is sharing the Supervisor Training Store training material outside of your company.

How do webinars work?

Webinars operate the same way as face-to-face training. Included in the price are the training materials, web and phone access codes.

How do online assessments and evaluations work?

After you purchase an online assessment, such as the Management Skills Profile, 360 Competency or Personality Assessment, you will receive access and login instructions.
